OPPO announced Realme sub-brand X2 with 6.4-inch AMOLED display, Snapdragon 730G chip, 64 MP camera and NFC

The OPPO Realme sub-brand announced in China its new budget smartphone with good features and an attractive price tag.

What is known

The novelty looks similar to other devices of the company: a glass case, a metal frame, gradient colors and a drop-shaped display. He got a diagonal of 6.4 inches, an AMOLED-matrix with a built-in fingerprint scanner and tempered glass Corning Gorilla Glass 5. On the “drop” placed a 32-megapixel front camera.

The most interesting part of the device is its “filling”. The device is running a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G gaming processor paired with 6/8 GB of RAM. The smartphone also has a 4000 mAh battery with a USB-C port and fast charging VOOC 4.0 at 30 watts. It is able to charge the battery by 67% in just 30 minutes.

Realme X2 still boasts a main camera with four modules. The main sensor is Samsung GW1 64 MP, like the Redmi Note 8 Pro. It is complemented by a 8 MP wide-angle lens with a 118-degree coverage angle, a 2 MP depth sensor and a 2 MP macro camera with a 4 cm focal length.

Out of the box, the device comes with Android 9 Pie and the proprietary ColorOS 6.0 shell. The new product also has NFC for contactless payments.

Price and when to wait

Sales of Realme X2 will start in the coming days. For the 6/64 GB version, they will ask for $ 224, and for 8/128 GB – $ 266.
